Let's get active:  

You like to play basketball, ride your bike, play
soccer, football, baseball, running, swimming
and dance.  You like to play with your friends,
cheer leading, gymnastics, jump rope, go
skateboarding,  do karate and go sledding.  
When asked, you  named 73 different activities
you like to do.  

Have you done any of these activities for more
then 20 minutes at least three times this week?

Just like the food pyramid more activity equals a
healthier you.  
So let's get moving.  Here are some activities you can do at home.
Blow up a balloon & create a volleyball game over a modified household net (chair, couch,
etc.)
Socker - Use a chair as a goal & practice kicking a rolled up sock between the chair legs.
TV Tasks - As you watch television, you will see commercials advertising different products.  
These commercials usually last from 15 to 30 seconds.  Each time a commercial comes on,
see if you can perform one of the balances below.  Can you hold a balance for the duration
of a single ad?  How many can you do?
